How do I get XPanderControl

I've got some code that is using XPanderControl, and I don't have it.
I've searched the net for it, but can seem to find how to get it. Is
this a free control? If so, where do I download it?

I'm getting errors on XPanderControl.XPanderList and
XPanderControl.XPander
