How do i get W2kSP4 onto a laptop?

I am trying to install W2kSP4 on a Toshiba laptop. I have the file on a
share on the network for upgrades but have no way to connect the laptop to
the network. I wrote the file to a cd but when i try to install it i get
the message "program to big to fit in memory". I copyed the file to the
hard drive thinking it might be the CD but am still getting the message.
Technet didn't help me figure out what the problem was either. Anyone have
a solution? charlie

For starters, scan your PC with an external virus scanner,
e.g. on www.antivirus.com ("free online scan").
