I downloaded SP4 and saved it so I could deploy it later.
I verified that the files are saved on my system.

However, I can't find " w2ksp4.exe," which is the file
necessary to begin the installation.

I don't know where it went or if it was even downloaded.

Is there a way to get it, without downloading the entire
SP4 again?

Look for the file W2KSP4_EN.EXE

If you've properly downloaded and uncompressed the
entire service pack, you'll have an \Update folder under
\i386. Inside of \Update is update.exe. That's the file
which starts the SP installation.
