Regedit fails to start

Hi,

I am running a W2K server with SP4 installed. Last week I discovered that
regedit.exe fails to start. Regedt32.exe on the other hand works fine. This
is the event logged:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Application Popup
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26
Date: 2/17/2006
Time: 12:24:56 PM
User: N/A
Computer: TEST
Description:
Application popup: regedit.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry
point GetInheritanceSourceW could not be located in the dynamic link library
ADVAPI32.dll.

Reinstallation of SP4 has not solved the issue and I haven't been able to
find any information on the internet. The version of ADVAPI32.dll is the same
on other W2KSP4 servers in my network. What could be the problem here?
