msvcp60.dll entry point error

I recently started having problems with my Windows 2000 server. It started
when my system drive had some bad sectors. I ran chkdsk and rebooted to
rectify those problems. Before doing that, Exchange 2000 and ARCserve 9
would not load. Afterwards it was just a problem with ARCserve. I've
uninstalled and re-installed it to no avail. Seeing that I'm working
remotely on the server I decided to install PCAnywhere to make sure I wasn't
missing any console messages that don't appear in the terminal server
session (remote admin mode) that I'm using. Well, PCAnywhere is getting the
same error that ARCserve is getting.

I've reinstalled SP4 on the server and even re-installed the latest Exchange
service pack as it contained a newer version of the msvcp60.dll file. The
one on the server now is 8/29/2000 at 2:19:16am, size of 405504 bytes.
Version number is 6.0.8972.0

Any ideas?

I appreciate all the responses...

I was able to replace the file after disabling the ARCserve services in the
services control panel, rebooting and then stopping just about every single
service that I could from the services control panel. I replaced the file
with the 2002 version from the exchange service pack and all is now well.
