I agree with Sengupta that scan for virus is needed. Meanwhile, I hope you
have backed the system well.
Consider following things:
1. When did the problem first occur?
2. Did you install any update or application recently?
3. Does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Now please let us check the detailed version number and size of the
following two files. You can find these information in file'' Properties.
CLBCATQ.DLL
ADVAPI32.dll
You can compare them with those files in another system.
