How do I get the contact address book to work with Microsoft word.

When I try to pull the name & addresses from the contacts in Outlook into a
microsoft document the contact list does not appear. How may I get it to show
up?

Are you trying to Insert Merge Field?? That's what will bring up Contacts
fields in Word documents. Turn on the toolbar for mailmerging and you
should see the button.
