Without fairly costly add ins the video will ALWAYS be in front. So you cant
do what you want.
Either place the txt below the vid OR if you have the skill edit the video
to include the text.

If you really need text over the vid and you have windows xp with windows
movie maker installed its not that hard to get a text overlay. Use
tools>titles/headings "on the clip" and experiment a bit!
