All of a sudden I started getting a message prompting me for a password. It
keeps reappearing. I cannot receive messages through Outlook. I have been
forced to use Outlook Express. My cable company (Cox) offers no help. They
only support Outlook Express and I cannot find any way to contact Microsoft.
I have tried everything. Please help before I go crazy!!! Thanks.
