how do I get rid of odd page breaks

In a 30 page document I have an odd page break which I would like to remove.
When you delete all the breaks and reinsert the odd page break returns which
causes printing issues, i.e. a blank page.

Don't ever try to delete and reinsert a section break; it will virtually
never work. Instead, place the insertion point after the troublesome break
and go to the Layout tab of Page Setup. Change the "Section start" from "Odd
page" to "New page."
