I tried to send a 16MB file yesterday morning that is still stuck in my
outbox. I've tried the following suggestions and they did not work.
1. Work offline - delete the file
2. create a new pst.
3. remove my LAN connection
4. removed all email accounts and restarted

Any other suggestions would be great!

Thank You

Creating a new pst-file should definitely get rid of it as you creat an
entire new set of folders.
What version of Outlook are we talking about here?
What mail account type are you using?

I'm using Outlook 2003.
Maybe I'm not creating the pst correctly, could you give me instructions for
dummies on how to do it again.

Thank You,
Jenn

Never mind I got it to go away! FINALLY!! Thanks soo much.

This will work usually. Did you exit and restart Outlook after choosing
FIle>Work Offline?
2. create a new pst.

There is no way this cannot work.
3. remove my LAN connection

This should work every time as well.
4. removed all email accounts and restarted

This is unlikely to work.
