How do I get reminders from public (MS Exchange) shared folders?

We have a public folder stores (Server w/ Win2003, also an Exchange Server)
with tasks that Outlook will not pop up reminders for. Outlook only pops up
reminders for private Tasks. Is there a way to make Outlook pop up reminders
for our shared Tasks in Public Folders?
