How do i get back to welcome screen after screensaver?

Usually, once someone turns off the screen saver, my windows xp home would re-activate to the welcome screen so that my unprotected guest account was accessible. Without me making any changes to my system, my computer now goes back on to the account that was last used before the screensaver came on. This is a big problem for me as I am the administrator and I am often leaving the computer without signing out, and many others have access to my computer(and like to take advantage of being able to dowload programs). How can I get my computer to resume to the welcome screen (after the screen saver turns on), so that others can use the guest account without me having to sign in

Right click in an empty area of your desktop, select Properties
and then on the Screen Save tab in the Display Properties check
the box to use the Welcome Screen.
