How do I get an email alert for messages going to other folders (.

I can't seem to get any kind of alert when I get messages directly in a
folder other than the Inbox.

I have Message Rules on that send most messages to different folders.

: )
 
If you have them setup to Check Mail after it Arrives, then it still should
get treated as New Mail and give you the little icon in the status bar and
play a little sound. At least mine does but I'm using O2k.
