How do I get 128 bit encryption

I have IE6 SP1 installed on my win2k system.

For some reason it is only showing 56 bit encryption!

Does anybody know why this is and how I bring it up to 128
bit??

I have just downloaded and ran the latest update for IE6
sp1 "q818529" and it sitll is only showing 56 bit!?!?!?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
