128 Bit Encryption

I was wondering if 128 Bit Encryption was still the industry standard for
Internet Explorer? I have always recommended 128 bit encryption and want to
make sure that 128 is still the best recommendation and still the best level
available.

Thank you.

There is no industry standard for the size of an encryption key.
Internet Explorer currently supports 128-bit encryption. In any case,
there is considerably more to encryption than the size of the key.

I understand there is more to it than just the size of the key, but is 128
bit the size that is used most often throught the IT industry or should I
recommend something stronger/different?
