is windows 2000 high encryption pack needed

i have internet explorer 6.0.2800 installed, it also says it has 128 bit
cipher strenghth. the windows 2000 high encryption pack offers the same
encryption stength,i have'nt installed this upgrade i found on explorers
homepage.the obvious question is do i already have the same level of
encryption offered by it already.or do i need to install the upgrade.

In IE, if Help...About says you have 128-bit encryption, you should be okay,
and you shouldn't need to install the Win2K HEP.
