How do I force Outlook Express to save my password as it loses it.

When I set up the password in Outlook Express through Tools, Accounts, Mail,
Properties, Servers tab (Tick box to Save Password) and Apply, the program
deletes the password when I next open it. My ISP cannot help me with this ans
suggests it is an error in Outlook Express.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
