How do I fix Outlook not responding?

Everytime I open Outlook 2003 it takes forever. It locks up and tells me
that the program is not responding.

Try asking this question in an Outlook newsgroup.
This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access databases.
You are much more likely to find an answer in a group
devoted to your subject.
