How do i fix a 503 "No recipients" Error

I get a " 503 No recipient(s)" error on valid email addresses. This only
happens on two email accounts. It was happening on another but the problem
went away. I can't figure out how to fix the error. The account that works
will send mail to the email addresses in question.
