How do I Fix an Outlook 503 No Recipient Error Message?

Out of the blue, when I try to send an email message from Outlook 2003, I now
get
an error message that says "503 No Recipient(s)".

I can send email from Outlook Express to the same email addresses without any
problem.

Any suggestions on how to fix/resolve this? Thanks!
