How Do I Find Windows Explorer?

I just bought a laptop with XP on it, and I can't find Windows Explorer. Did
Microsoft do the usual thing and delete a feature because it was too simple
and easy to use, or am I just not looking hard enough?

Win + E Key. Or, Start | Programs | Accessories.

Start
All Programs
Accessories
Near bottom (Windows Explorer)

You should have an option to pin to the start menu when right-clicking
windows explorer.

Right-click on START | Explore

Start | Programs | Accessories. Right click on Windows Explorer | Send To |
Desktop (create shortcut).
