How do i find my SMTP and POP3 without calling my ISP?

i can't find my SMTP or POP3 and i'm tryin to set up Outlook for the first

The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.

I would suggest you post to the appropriate Outlook newsgroup.

And what is wrong about calling your ISP for this information?
 
I typed "pop server nycap" into Google, knowing I have NYCAP (a division of
Road runner" and the links gave me all I needed to know -- you might try the
same.
