how do I find my fax option after I lost it?

I lost the ablity to use my fax option and need help to locate it. I also at
this same time lost my games, and other oprions.
 
This is a Microsoft Access (the database application) newsgroup.
You will need to repost in a newsgroup that deals with your operating
system. You should explain what you did to cause these items to go away.
