how do i find a switchboard on access

i have done everything to start up the switchboard and it is not coming up.
i have looked every where (in forms, reports, macros, tables) and i cannot
find it. i have deleted it and did it again but it still would not appear.
Please would someone help me.

How can you have deleted it if you can not find it?

The switchboard is a form.

Try Tools, Database Utilities, Switchboard Manager and take it from there.

Make sure you delete the Table [Switchboard Items] before trying to
re-create the Switchboard Form using the Switchboard Manager.

If you want to retain the items you already created, rename the Table
[Switchboard Items] to something else then run the Switchboard Manager which
will re-create the Switcboard Form and [Switchboard Items] Table. Delete
the new [Switchboard Items] Table and rename the old Table (with temp. name)
back to [Switchboard Items].
