How do I enable outlook connector and status bar?

When I start up Outlook OnLine i get an error message saying Outlook
Connector and status bar are disabled.....contact support.msn.com (which has
no menu item for Outlook OnLine).

Hi,

In Outlook, go to Help->About Microsoft Office Outlook->Disabled Items-> and
enable the msnolcon item.

If that doesn't work, close and restart Outlook and that should resolve the
issue.
