Every time I open the Outlook, I keep getting an alarm message that says:
"The Outlook Connector menu and status bar have been disabled by the Office
Safe Mode. Please contact support to enable this." Are you that support?
Please help me!

No, the official support is given by the MSN team but we are willing to help
as well :-)

What version of Outlook are you using? Does the menu bar state Outlook Safe
Mode?

Thank you for helping! I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 from Office Small
Business Edition 2003. And the menu bar DOES NOT state Outlook Safe Mode...
I have even searched for that feature to learn WHERE it is but didn't find
it... What should I do then...? Thanks again!

Then the add-in has been enabled. You can enable this by going to;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options...-> button Add-In
Manager-> select Outlook Connector Extensions-> OK your way out of it and
restart Outlook.

A reinstall is only required when something happened with the installation
files. It''s more likely that something happened with your config files.

Make sure the add-in is selected and go to Help-> About... and press the
Disabled Items button. Is it listed there?

Check there two
1. Help->About->Disabled Items - if Outlook connector is listed there
enable it
2. If reg value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\MSNCON.Addin.1
LoadBehaviour is not set to 3, set it to 3
