How do I email journal entries in outlook 2003

Is is possible to email a list of journal entries?

I keep track of specific journal entries and I must email them to my boss at
the end of each month. I can't seem to find a way to do this. Right now I
take a screen shot of the entries and email the picture. Not very efficient.
 
Copy and paste from the Journal table view into Excel, then from Excel into
an Outlook message.
