Can I forward a Journal entry made in Outlook 2007 by email?

[Proxcause]

I made notes of a conversation in a journal entry (Outlook 2007). I would
like to share those notes. I see that I can forward the Journal entry. Will
the recipient need to open the journal entry in Outlook? Can the Journal
entry be opened with Word?

The recipient will need to use outlook. if not, save it as a word doc then
send the doc.
