How do I display a different "from" address in Outlook?

I use Hotmail via an Outlook interface. I'd like to have email recipients
see a different "from" address than my Hotmail address. How can I set up
Outlook, so that my email messages appear to be from:

Nancy at NancyRossCoaching.com

instead of:

nancy_ross10 at hotmail.com ?

What version of Outlook? You'll need to create an account with that address
and use a valid SMTP server then select the account when replying.
