Windows Live Mail <-> Outlook connector: Sender's "From" email add

In my hotmail mailbox, I have set it such that instead of my hotmail email
address (skyy**@hotmail.com) showing up in the "From" field for all outbound
emails, I have my personal domain email address "(e-mail address removed)". This works
just fine when I use the web version of hotmail.

I just installed Microsoft Office Outlook connector - how do i set it such
that the "from" address is "(e-mail address removed)" instead of @hotmail.com? There is
no place to set this.

I clicked Tools>Account Settings, selected the Hotmail account, clicked
Change, entered the email address I wanted to appear in the Email Address
field, reselected the type as Hotmail (since changing the address changed the
type to "other"), clicked Next, then Finish.

I see how changing Account Settings works with plain, vanilla Outlook, but
with Outlook Connect added in, Account Settings brings up a Outlook Connector
dialog box that doesn't allow the email address to be changed. How do you
override the From address when using Outlook Connector?
