1. Press Ctrl+H to open the Find and Replace dialog.
2. Click the More button to open the bottom of the dialog.
3. With the insertion point in the (empty) "Find what" box, click the Format
button, then Highlight. You will see Format: Highlight.
4. Without moving the insertion point, click Format | Highlight again. You
will see Format: Not Highlight.
5. Leaving the "Replace with" box empty, Replace All.
