With the insertion point in the (empty) "Find what" box, click the Format button, then Highlight. You will see Format: Highlight. 4. Without moving the insertion point, click Format | Highlight again. You will see Format: Not Highlight. 5. Leaving the "Replace with" box empty, Replace All. -- Suzanne S.
