I'm terrible at Excel and I am using the format of a worksheet that I have
from someone else. is there a way I can delete the gridlines from one row
instead of the entire worksheet? it's the last column and i want to be able
to use it as a 'comments" section. Please help!!! thank you!

hi,
I don't think you can delete them but you can hide them.
High lite the grid lines you want to hide. then...
Format>cells>Borders>style=thin>color=white(or whatever your background
color is)

Another approach is to set the background colour of the cells to white.

And yet another way is to turn off the grid in Tools > Options.
Then highlight the range of cells you want to display with a grid appearance
and border them.
