How do I decrypt an encrypted sheet?

I have encyrpted my Excel file, but I now want to turn the encryption off (so
it stops asking for a password everytime I open it). How do I do this?

If you encrypted it by putting a password in the box labelled "Password to
open", under Tools/ Options/ Security: File encryption settings for this
workbook, then just delete the password from that box.
 
Click File > Save As

In the Save As dialog:
Click Tools > General Options

In the Save Options dialog:
Delete the password to open > OK

Click Save
