how do i create my own design template in PP 2000
I want to include a picture on each page of my power point presentation as a
background. Can anyone help?

Is it going to be the same picture one each page? If so, then click on View,
Master, Slide Master, format the background with your picture, closes the
master, and save it as a template .POT file. You can then use it anytime you
want.

Zinklady,
Go to View - Master - Slide master - choose Format background - click on
listarrow and choose fill effects - select picture tab - browse for your
picture - insert - OK - apply to all.
Once that is done you you can save the file using File - Save - in the save
as type dropdown choose PowerPoint Template(*.pot). PPT will take you to the
folder where the templates are stored.
