How do I create a rule for a folder that is not my inbox?

Outlook 2003.

Issue: How do I create a rule for an extra mailbox, so for a folder that is
not my inbox? I want to move new messages in that folder to my own inbox and
flag them.

Thanks.
 
You cannot create rules for other mailbox folders, but you can run a rule on
that folder manually with the Run Now command.
