How do I copy the contacts in Contacts 01 to Contacts 02?

We have 3 people in our office, and we all use Contacts 1 as a shared
database. Then, when I sinc my treo phone, it picks up the contacts in
Contacts 2 (because I am user 2 in the office). So either I have to get my
phone to pick up a secondary contacts field (not my user field), or I have to
copy everything from Contacts 01 to Contacts 02.
 
You can look for software for your Treo that allows you to choose the
folder. There is probably something out there.
To copy the contacts just view as a phone list, select all and use
right-click drag and drop onto the other folder choosing the "copy" option.
