I know the location supposedly to find where my emails are stored is doc
settings/name/local/application data/microsoft/outlook/outlook.pst. When I
go to explore I can follow the tree down to outlook, even tho I have no
"local". At the end, there is no outlook.pst. What else should I be looking
for so that when I try to drag and drop what I want copied onto a CD I will
have all of my Outlook emails, sent & received, included on this backup cd.

If you use Windows 2000 or XP, your .PST files are likely in hidden folders,
and you probably have hidden folders hidden :-) See
http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm for help with the
whole process of backing up and restoring your Outlook data.

Even once you've found your .pst file you cannot drag and drop emails from
there. You have to open the .pst file with Outlook, then drag and drop the
emails from the Outlook window to the CD.
