How do i convert my Quickbooks data for Business contact manager

I read a help file about converting Quickbooks data before importing into
Outlook BCM. Has anyone imported data from QB? If so please give me a run
down on what I need to do.

I've done this.

In BCM go to menu File|Import Export|BCM for Outlook...

Then in the wizard choose Import, Next, choose QuickBooks, Next, and
follow the instructions through the wizard.
