Can i unmerge from accounting express 2007?

I am doing a trial to see if Accounting 2007 would be a good change from
Quickbooks 2005. I accidentially merged that database with business contact
manager and now outlook is rediculously slow. It takes about 5-7 minutes to
go from contacts to mail. Not to mention my current contacts (whom should be
seperate from the QB customers) are mixed together. I am clueless on what to
do, can someone please help me !!

If you go to the place in Microsoft Accounting where you enabled
integration with BCM (under the Company menu), that should have
changed to an option to reverse the integration.
