business contact manager

all contacts from outlook & quickbooks did not transfer to business contact
manager...any suggestions? also, some information is missing when imported
into BCM...any suggestions?

To transfer Outlook contacts to BCM you need to drag-n-drop them from
the Outlook folder to the BCM folder.

BCM does not import all the data in QB, just the fields that map from
QB to BCM. I remember that when I did that at one poinr, one of the
phone fields didn't get imported, but that may have been a beta, or
with a particular version of QB
