which quickbook file to import for outlook business contact manage

I am trying to import my Quickbooks 2005 contacts into Outlook 2003 business
contact manager.. I see how to do it.. but I have several iif files. Which
one is the one I need to import?

It looks like if one does import, they can not change that. So, I would like
to import the correct one.

This conversion will be best handled by Small Business Accounting 2007 and
BCM 2007 where they become a part of a single shared database. Otherwise,
Small Business Accounting 2006 will let you do this as well. Finally, you
can export data out of Quickbooks as a CSV file and manipulate them in a
tool like Excel for import into BCM.
