How do I configure Windows XP to allow me to use a trainer for a game?

I just wanted to know is there any way possible that
windows XP can be configured to allow me to use a
trainer/cheat program for online gaming, Only because i
am getting tired of all the other cheats out there on
novaworld and i really want to teach them a lession!

Teach them what lesson? What is feels to like to play against a
cheater? Guess what? They don't care. Do you think the game really means
anything to them? Don't sink to their level.
