How Do I completely reinstall Internet Explorer

Hi Everyone,

My Internet Explorer is not working properly on certain URLs. For example
any URL that has Flash it will give me an error. I have tried to uninstall
and reinstall Flash players multiple times. I even use the uninstaller
program from Macromedia's URL and to uninstall it and download the player
separetly and still does not work. If the url that has flash require to
display the website normally it has a link to go the macromedia's url to
install the macromedia active x. I click yes to install and it says it
installed successfully. Then i go back to the URL and it has the same
problem. I even close IE and reopen the IE to that website and it has the
same problem. I even restarted the whole pc and it did the same thing. I
went to www.mtv.com. This the error message it gives me:

Line: 30
Char: 2
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
URL: http://www.mtv.com

That would be error message. On the website itself it says that Flash Plugin
is required. Click to download and install it and nothing happens. It is a
fustrating experience.

My second problem is that windows media player plugin for internet explorer
sometimes does not load up. In launch.com it will give me error code 14 on
the website. The only solutions is to install windows media player 10 again.
So I do and still does not work.

My laptop is a Mobile P4 1.7 with 768 megs of ram. I have Windows XP
Professional with service pack 2 installed and all the patch after that. I
have internet explorer 6.0.2900.2180 xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158 and msn
explorer 9. I have verizon DSL which comes with MSN. I tried to go on MSN
explorer and it gives me the same problems. I am not sure what to do?

So the bottom line is: I have tried all possible solution and I was
wondering if i miss some steps or the only solution is to completely
reinstall internet explorer. If that is the case, how do i go about doing
it????

My bad. I should have asked if you had SpywareBlaster installed and, if so,
if you used its Flash Killer option.

Thanks for helping me out. Do you anyother solution because i am not running
any other spyware protection software except for Giant Antispyware and I am
also running Norton AntiVirus 2005. My windows firewall is off since Norton
antivirus takes care of that for me. It really bugs me why it won't work.

See if disabling NAV's (part of NIS) Script Blocking makes any
difference...or if disabling NIS entirely does.

I tried turning off NAV script blocker and it still does not view flash
content of the web page. I don't have Norton Internet security. I have norton
System works 2005. So I am not sure what to do. What did notice is that
certain webpages allows me to view flash content and certain don't. I checked
to see if it just my pc or it is the webpage. It is my PC. I am back to
square one. It happens not to show flash on the website I go on everyday and
multiple times a day.
