How do I change the Word toolbar font back to normal? It's funky.

I changed the desktop font and size and now, no matter if I change it back,
the font in the style, font, type size and magnification menus of the Word &
Excel toolbars are in a peculiar, almost unreadable font. What happened and
how can I change it back?
Word 2003
 
Did you delete the Tahoma font?
