How do I change "my" name at the top of every email?

I'm trying to change the name that appears at the very top of my printed
emails..you know, the one with the line underneath. I've tried everything and
spent hours looking and attempting to change headers, etc. It's not working.
HELP.
 
If you are using Outlook Express, go to Tools - Accounts. Click on Mail or
News whichever you want to change. You'll see a Name field there. Change it
to whatever you want.
