I have Microsoft Office Word 2003 on my computer. The "Magneto" font is
currently not listed in the fonts that I can select for my Word documents.
How do I add or download the Magneto font to my list of selectable fonts, so
that I can use the Magneto font instead of Arial, or Times New Roman, or
Verdana, or Bookman fonts, etc.?

You will need to buy the font Magneto and put it into the Fonts folder.
Search on Google and you will find a number of places to buy this font. Hope
this helps.

Can I buy the Magneto font as a stand alone single font, or will I have to
buy a program that has a number of different fonts included? Thanks for your
response.

Just FYI, if you have Office 2003 Professional you *should* have Magneto. It
isn't included with Standard or S/T Editions. Also, that font is supplied
with certain other software programs such as Publisher 2000. Otherwise it's
available individually from numerous locations on the web for $40 US.
