Watermark & Font

We use an imported font (Frutiger) as our default font. When I try to insert
Watermark I can select from the Frutiger suite but no watermark appears in
document unless I select Arial or some other generic font. Why when my
choices allow Frutiger can I not use it?

Text watermarks are created with WordArt, which (at least in some Word
versions) uses only TrueType fonts. If this is an Adobe Type 1 font, that
might be the reason.
