How do I add a custom action in the Rules Wizard in Outlook?

I'd like to save an incoming email as a word or text file and think the
"custom action" option in the rules wizard is the way to go, however I don't
seem to be able to add a new custom action.

Custom actions are programs written specifically for the Rules Wizard. I
don't know if any vendor has written one to do what you want.
